All-Inclusive PricingOur listed prices include: Captain/Crew fees, Gas, Dock Fees, Taxes and Ice. You do not need to tip additionally for your charter unless specified at the time of booking. However, if you receive excellent service, it's highly appreciated if you choose to tip your Captain and crew.

Trip Duration and PunctualityThe prices listed on our website are for 4-hour charters. Please arrive 20 minutes early, to ensure a smooth departure.

Maximum CapacityThe maximum capacity on a bareboat charter is 13 people, as mandated by Coast Guard Law. No exceptions can be made.

Payment DetailsThe first payment serves as the deposit, which reserves your charter and covers half of the yacht cost. You can pay via: The remaining balance is due the day before your charter.

ID RequirementTo comply with US Coast Guard regulations, please email a government-issued ID (such as a valid Driver's License, Passport, or State ID) before your charter. Please send to yachts@meetmeatthedocks.com

Bluetooth Speakers and Water MatAll of our boats are equipped with Bluetooth speakers and water mat for your entertainment.

Refund PolicyThe deposit to reserve your charter is non-refundable. However, we do offer refunds in specific situations: Extreme weather conditions or Mechanical malfunctions preventing the yacht from sailing with no alternatives available.

Licensed Operator RequirementFlorida law requires anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 to hold a Boater Safety Education Card to operate a Jet Ski. If you don’t have one, you must pass the Boater Safety Test to receive a Temporary Boating Certificate (valid for 90 days). There is a license fee paid directly to Florida Fish and Wildlife, which we do not control. The payment link is provided on the testing website. The test can be taken multiple times, and a study guide is available. Get your Temporary Boating Certificate and pay the required fee here.

Can I add a jet ski to my charter?Meet Me At The Docks Miami LLC offers Jet Ski rentals exclusively to guests with confirmed yacht charters. Guests are not allowed to book their own 3rd-party jet ski providers

How much does it cost to add a jet ski?Rentals start at $150 per ski, per hour.

How many people can ride a jet ski?A maximum of 2 persons can ride a jet ski at one time. A licensed operator can carry 1 non-licensed passenger. Any number of yacht guests may rotate as passengers, but only the licensed operator may drive it.

Weather & Time RestrictionsJet Skis may not be operated at night or during extreme weather. Light rain is acceptable as long as there is no lightning. Please ensure your Jet Ski rental duration matches your yacht charter time.

Jet ski Refund PolicyOnce added to your charter, Jet Ski rentals are non-refundable. Refunds due to extreme or dangerous weather conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Safety First – Stay Onboard While in MotionFalling overboard while the yacht is moving can cause serious injury or death. It can also result in fines from the Coast Guard or law enforcement. Move with caution while the yacht is in motion.

Do Not Litter in the OceanThrowing trash or personal items into the water is illegal and can result in fines. Please help us protect marine life and comply with environmental laws.

Illegal Drugs Are ProhibitedLaw enforcement patrols the water. Any illegal substances are strictly forbidden and may result in serious consequences.

Firearms Are ProhibitedFor the safety of all passengers, weapons of any kind are not allowed on the yacht by US Coast Guard law.

Vomiting & Seasickness PolicyIf you vomit on the floor, furniture, or in the toilet, you will be charged a minimum of $150 for professional cleaning. If you feel sick, please use a trash bag or trash bin.

Toilet UseDo not flush tissue, wipes, or feminine products. Please dispose of these items in a trash bag or trash bin provided onboard. In the event a toilet is clogged during your charter you will be charged to service the toilet.

No Hookah or Red WineThese items are not permitted due to safety risks and potential for staining surfaces.

No Food Warmers AllowedPortable food warmers or heating devices are not allowed onboard for safety reasons.

Smoking AreasSmoking is allowed only at the very front (bow) or very back (stern) of the yacht.

Outside Food & Beverages AllowedYou are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy during your charter. Please let us know if you are interested in any of our catering options.

Cleanliness CourtesyAlthough your charter includes a captain and steward/stewardess, please be respectful and dispose of trash in the designated trash bags or bins.
